Not enough time to see all of the museums out there, so we just hit the big ones 

This is from the Airborne Experience near Carentan - a C47 simulator. We went down in flames

Note the parachute in this display is on theback where he landed, not the front as portrayed in the movie The Longest Day (they moved it because of lighting - the front side was lit by a nearby fire)
